1. Return Eligibility

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days
  • Refunds may be sent through bank transfer, mobile banking, or original payment method

Customers may request product exchanges depending on stock availability.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake, return shipping cost will be covered by us.
